Only Sanātana Dharma reveals that we are not the limited individual we take ourselves to be. In this session, we recap the nature of the Jīva from both the vyāvahārika and pāramārthika standpoints; showing how the individual, though appearing as a doer and experiencer due to avidyā, is in truth ever-free pure consciousness. We then continue with Īśvara, understanding Him as Brahman associated with Māyā at the empirical level, yet ultimately non-different from pure, attribute-less consciousness at the absolute level.
