In the Vedic tradition, a Guru was not casually found but consciously sought. Through examples from the Upaniṣads, Ramayana, and Bhāgavatam, we see that great seekers like Rāma and Krishna did not merely search for a Guru; they were prepared, and the Guru naturally appeared before them. This reveals a deeper truth: the emphasis is first on becoming a Sādhana Chatuṣṭaya Sampanna Adhikārī. The preparedness of the mind is more important than the search for a teacher. Hari aum! 🙏
