Day- 57: Mind and Intellect – The Inner Battle of Man

About

Hari aum! 🙏🏾 Short Description: Among all creations, the human being stands unique not because of the body or senses, but because of the mind and the intellect. While the mind reacts with impulses and emotions, the intellect has the power to discriminate and guide our actions. When the mind dominates, life becomes restless and confused; when the intellect governs the mind, life becomes disciplined, harmonious, and purposeful. In this talk, we explore the difference between the mind and intellect, the reason for many of our inner conflicts, and how Sanatana Dharma teaches the refinement of this inner equipment for a balanced and meaningful life.
