About

Just as in a cinema hall we see moving actors, changing scenes, and a flowing story — yet behind it all there is one unmoving, constant reality: the screen — upon which the entire film is projected… In the same way, we must ask: Is there something permanent, unmoving, and unchanging upon which this entire transient saṁsāra is superimposed? The world of names and forms is ever-changing. Experiences arise and fall. Situations come and go. But that which allows all change to appear must itself be changeless. This is the Vedāntic vision of superposition (Adhyāropa) — the impermanent appearing upon the permanent, the changing projected upon the changeless, the unreal appearing upon the Real. Let us reflect today in Vedānta-Chintana — not merely to think, but to see, not merely to understand, but to recognise. From Avaraṇa (I don’t know the Truth), through Adhyāropa (I know wrongly), towards Advaita-jñāna (I know rightly). Let this be our contemplation for today. Hari aum Tat Sat 🙏🏾
