Guru ji's quote: “God’s gifts put man’s best dreams to shame.” We spend so much of our life asking Bhagavān for more, that we may forget to recognise what He has already given us. Our very manuṣya-janma, the remarkable human body-mind-intellect instrument, the three bodies, five kośas and three states of experience are extraordinary gifts. This is Part 1 of a three-fold contemplation on Guruji’s profound statement. Today, we begin by appreciating the human instrument and asking a deeper question: Who is the one to whom all these gifts have been given? Hari aum!
