About

The mind is the primary cause of our happiness and unhappiness — not the world. But the problem is not merely ignorance (Avaraṇa – I don’t know the truth), it is wrong knowing (Adhyāropa – I know wrongly). In the last days, we saw how Adhyāropa arises from clinging to Śabdārtha (literal meaning) instead of understanding Lakṣārtha (indicative meaning) — both in scriptures and in life. This wrong cognition creates misidentification, emotional reactions, inner conflict, and suffering. Today’s focus is on Introspection (Ātma-vicāra) as a practical spiritual tool: Observe the mind without judgment. Introspection is not self-criticism it is self-clarity. It is not suppression it is conscious correction. When introspection becomes daily practice, the mind slowly transforms from a problem into a path, from bondage into sādhana, from disturbance into discipline, and from confusion into clarity. This is the inner method of keeping the mind focused on the path of Truth.
