This is Vedānta in action. Spirituality is not confined to the Temples or meditation room; it is expressed through righteous living in every relationship and every action. This Taittirīya Upaniṣad Statement, strengthens the above instruction, because it demonstrates that तदुदितं कर्म स्वनुष्ठीयताम् is not an abstract instruction-it is the very lifestyle prescribed by the Upaniṣads themselves.
