About
Bhagavad Gītā Ch-2 (Sāṅkhya here means the clear logic of discrimination and reasoning through which the true nature of Reality is understood. In Ch. 2.39, Krishna introduces this as “Buddhi Yoga” - the Yoga of right understanding leading to liberation.) Sāṅkhya Yoga, is the core teaching of the Gītā where Krishna explains the immortal nature of the Self and introduces Karma Yoga, Jñāna Yoga, and Buddhi Yoga in seed form. The central message is: perform your duties without attachment to results, remain balanced in success and failure, and live with inner equanimity. Krishna further describes the “man of steady wisdom” (Sthita-prajña) who remains calm like the ocean-undisturbed by desires and external changes. Hari aum!
