Today we begin the actual practice of turning within. For 121 days we have listened, reflected, questioned, and understood. Now begins Nididhyāsana - deep contemplation upon the Truth. The Katha Upaniṣad declares that the senses are naturally extroverted; they constantly run toward the world of objects, experiences, and distractions. Therefore, the ordinary person sees only the outer world and not the Inner Self. Hari aum!
