An AV on the Guru Purnima - Indra Deva and the Asura King Virochana

About

Hari aum! A gentle reminder for our Guru Purnima Spiritual Musical Evening. Along with this message, we are sharing a short audio-video based on a beautiful story from the Upanishads. Indra Deva and the Asura King Virochana both approached Guru Prajapati with the same question: “Who am I?” The Guru taught them both equally—but why did one realise the Truth while the other returned with a misunderstanding? This timeless story reminds us that true wisdom depends not only on the teacher, but also on the openness and readiness of the student. We warmly invite you, your family, and friends to join us for an uplifting evening of music, devotion, and reflection as we celebrate the sacred tradition of Guru Purnima. Wednesday, 29 July 18:00 - 21:00 hrs Basel Area Followed by Dinner Prasad Registration is compulsory. Suggested donation: CHF 25 Your contribution supports the Guru Purnima celebrations and the sacred traditions that bring our community together. We look forward to celebrating this special evening with you. Hari aum Tat Sat. DRS-Verein-Basel
